Coq au Vin is a fresh and unique revivalist musical ensemble specializing in the performance of a spicy mélange of Gypsy jazz, French, Spanish, Klezmer and Latin American music, as well as American blues standards. Listeners are quickly transformed to revelers as they are transported to a vintage American speakeasy or Parisian café one minute, and the streets of Havana the next. Coq au Vin is available in several different arrangements ranging from a trio to the full seven-piece band.
